The HEFMA Leadership Forum is the annual event for members of the Healthcare Estates & Facilities Management Association.

The annual Leadership Forum is an ideal opportunity to meet and network with sector peers, listen to key speakers addressing topical issues and partake in practical workshop sessions. Also as part of the event, the annual HEFMA Awards are presented at a special gala dinner on the second evening.

Following the huge success of the previous HEFMA Leadership Forum which showed a record number of delegates in attendance, the 2026 Forum will be held in May at the Leeds Royal Armouries, Leeds.
