The University Caterers Organisation (TUCO) is the leading professional membership body for in-house caterers - supporting procurement and learning excellence. It also works to provide quality standards and advice to those working in public sector catering. One of its central goals is to help members maximise value for money and through the TUCO Academy members can take advantage of a wide range of learning and development opportunities.
Its official publication, TUCO magazine, brings together industry news, case histories of successful campus bar and catering outlets, the latest high street trends and innovations, as well as business insight and advice, and topical features on the food, drink and kitchen equipment sectors.
TUCO Magazine targets the senior catering decision makers at all its members in the UK who don’t currently use a contract caterer for their food and beverage services, including all the many member universities and colleges, which are collectively responsible for multi-million pound budgets.
