Bringing together member institutions from all over the country for two days of competition, learning and networking
The Competitions run throughout each day challenging member teams in a variety of hospitality techniques including bar skills, barista skills, speed cooking, with the organising team bringing back the favourite competitions from 2025 whilst adding in new categories for 2026 too.
The event also plays host to some extraordinary dining and social experiences.
Suppliers have the opportunity to sponsor challenges, exhibit with a table top stand and be part of the pre- and post-conference networking events, allowing them to maximise their exposure to attendees.
