This event brings together member institutions from all over the country for two days of competition, learning and networking.
The Competitions run throughout each day challenging member teams in a variety of hospitality techniques including bar skills, barista skills, speed cooking, and the five brand-new cooking competitions added in 2024; the Seafood Skills Challenge, BEST Burger Challenge, Innovative Breakfast Challenge, Vegan Challenge, and the Love British Food Challenge, with the organising team already working on what to add for the 2025 event.
The event also plays host to some extraordinary dining and social experiences.
Suppliers have the opportunity to sponsor challenges, exhibit with a table top stand and be part of the pre- and post-conference networking events, allowing them to maximise their exposure to attendees.
