Hosted by OOH magazine, the National Breakfast & Brunch Awards invites entries from chefs and operators from the out-of-home sector including; cafés, coffee shops, QSR, food-to-go establishments, pubs, restaurants and hotels to compete in a series of challenges.
The initial judging process see’s 16 chefs go through to the live cook-off event where the finalists will compete in the event challenges. They will go head-to-head to create and present their speciality dish to our panel of judges, using their own ingredients. Then they will battle it out in the Ingredient Challenge round where they will be required to prepare, cook and serve their dish using solely ingredients supplied by the category sponsors on the event.
The winners are then revealed to our finalists and invited sector buyers.
The Bloody Mary Challenge runs simultaneously alongside the National Breakfast & Brunch Awards.
